Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Launch Partners, LLC (“Launch Partners,” “we,” “us”) is an engineering firm located at 5195 W 58th Ave, Suite A, Arvada, CO 80002. We are the controller of the information described here. Questions, requests, or complaints: info@launchpartners.co.

2. Information you give us

Our contact form has two steps. Step 1 asks for your name, work email, company, and what you are trying to solve. Step 2 is optional and asks for more detail — role, phone, product, volume, timeline, budget range, how you found us, and whether you are a referral partner or an existing client.

Please note: we create your inquiry record and notify our team when you finish step 1. If you complete step 1 and then close the page without finishing step 2, we still have the information from step 1 and may contact you about it. We do this so that a real request for help does not get lost — not to capture people who changed their mind. If you would rather we delete it, email us and we will.

If you tick the box consenting to text messages and give us a mobile number, we may contact you by SMS about your inquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. Consent to texts is never a condition of working with us.

3. Information collected automatically

With your inquiry. When you submit the form we also record the page you submitted from and how you arrived: the page you landed on first, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you arrived on (UTM parameters), and any ad click identifier that link carried (Google's gclid, gbraid or wbraid, or LinkedIn's li_fat_id). This tells us which of our efforts actually reach people. We use ad click identifiers only to measure which ads produce inquiries. To get the arrival details from the page you land on to the form, your browser keeps them in session storage, which it clears when you close the tab.

Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including IP address, for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

Form drop-off beacon. We log which form field people abandon at, so we can fix a confusing form. This beacon sends the form's name, the step number, and the name of the last field touched — no field values, no name, no email, no IP. We keep it as daily totals. Nobody is contacted as a result of it, and it cannot be traced back to you.

Visit counts. So we know how many people visit and how they found us, the site tells our own server each time a page loads and each time someone clicks a phone number, an email address, or a link to our contact form. Each count records the page, the day, the kind of site that sent you (for example a search engine or LinkedIn) and its domain, any campaign tag in the link, whether the link was one of our ads, and whether you have opted out of the analytics and advertising cookies described below. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and records no IP address, device identifier, name, or email. We keep these as daily totals in a spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account, so no single visit can be picked out or traced back to you. Because it identifies no one, it runs whether or not you opt out; opting out still switches off every third-party script below.

Analytics and advertising. This site loads Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These set cookies and collect online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, and whether you submitted the form. Google and LinkedIn process this under their own privacy policies and may combine it with data they already hold about you. The LinkedIn Insight Tag in particular supports retargeting — showing you Launch Partners advertising on LinkedIn after you visit this site. We also load Google Tag Manager, a Google tool our advertising partners use to manage these tags. It follows the same opt-out: if you opt out, it does not load either.

You can opt out. These scripts load unless you opt out. On your first visit a notice at the bottom of the page says so and gives you a one-click Opt Out. You can do the same at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. When you opt out we tell Google to stop using data from your visit, delete the cookies these scripts set on this site, and reload the page, after which none of them loads again in that browser. Cookies Google or LinkedIn set on their own domains are controlled from the links in section 8.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out: nothing loads, and we do not ask. You can confirm what is running on any given day in your browser's developer tools.

4. Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and route it to the right person on our team.
• To provide engineering services if a working relationship follows.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring us the kind of work we can actually help with.
• To measure advertising, and to show Launch Partners ads to people who have visited this site.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising platforms for retargeting can, however, count as a “sale” or as “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws. Section 8 explains how to opt out of it.

We share information with the service providers that run this site and our business:

• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Resend — delivers form submissions to our business email.
• Our own client system at crm.launchpartners.co, which stores your inquiry so it does not get lost in an inbox.
• Google (Analytics and Ads) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag) — analytics and advertising measurement, when enabled.
• Twilio — if and when we contact you by phone or SMS about your inquiry.

These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for the life of the business relationship and then for as long as our record-keeping and legal obligations require — for engineering work, that period can be long, because equipment we build stays in service for years and we need the project record to support it. If an inquiry does not turn into a relationship, you can ask us to delete it at any time and we will. Server logs and analytics data are kept on the retention schedules of the providers named above. Our own daily visit and form drop-off totals are deleted after 120 days.

7. Security

The site is served over encrypted connections, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted to our email and client system. Access to those systems is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Your choices and rights

Analytics and advertising cookies. You can opt out whenever you like through Privacy choices in the footer, and opting out takes effect immediately. This is how you exercise the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and of any “sale” or “sharing” described in section 5. We honour Global Privacy Control automatically as the same opt-out. Nothing on this site, reading every page or contacting us, requires you to accept anything.

Cookies generally. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Analytics and advertising opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, manage Google ad personalization in your Google account settings, and manage LinkedIn advertising and retargeting in your LinkedIn advertising settings. You can also email us and ask us to exclude you, and we will act on it — though the footer control is faster and takes effect immediately.

Rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise any of these, email info@launchpartners.co. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

Colorado residents. The Colorado Privacy Act gives you these rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal in writing. If the appeal is denied you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.

Authorized agents. Someone may make a request on your behalf if you give them written permission; we may ask you to confirm it directly.

9. Information from outside the United States

We operate in the United States and our providers process information here. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States under this policy.

10. Children

This site is for business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
